What is a Serial number?
Serial numbers are unique combinations of numbers and characters that manufactures attach to verity of items. Those numbers are used for quality checks identify the item and more.
How do I find my Serial number?
In most cases, the serial number is located on the label that is attached to your device. The label of laptop for example is located at the button of the device. Cell phones have the labels in the battery chamber (Sometimes you will need to remove the battery to obtain your serial number). See the following pictures for examples of labels:

The best way to find your serial number is to look for it on the device label. Don’t be intimidated if you find that your device has many numbers on its label (Especially when the device is a cell phone). There few things that you can do:
- Use the “Contact Us” page to send us the device information (Manufacturer's number and model id) and we will help you locate the serial number. You can request a response via phone and one of our customer service representatives will contact you and will help you.
- To be on the safe side – You can add your item more than once, each time with different number from the label. If your item is lost and an honest person finds it, he will use one of the numbers on the device and will be able to contact you.
