Who are we?
We are two guys who love our tech toys and we bring our cameras everywhere. But we get frustrated every time we lose one of these expensive devices. This is why we decided to put up a free database that protects your privacy but still gives us the ability to help each other return the lost items we find and to find the items we lost.

Back

What do we do?
Our database stores a list of what you own with their associated identification information. Members can add items they found. They can also add the items they own. So, regardless of if you have catalogued your lost item, perhaps the founder has and so it is worth your time to search our site. Of course, cataloging you items helps you with your insurance company, but also helps the finder locate you in case they choose to search but didn't choose to enter your lost item into the database.

First thing to do is to check the FAQ for specific instructions on how to find your serial number, If it’s still didn’t help. Use one of the above numbers as the item’s serial number. We also recommend adding your laptop twice, once with the service tag and as another item with the express service code. This will increase the chances of returning your laptop in case you lost it. Keep in mind – enables you to create your own serial number when you add an item. This will require you to attach the serial number to your laptop.
